How to put the videos on your iPod in 60 seconds or less!

For easy access you can organize all your videos on your iPod into a simple playlist:

Make an iTunes Playlist

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Right Click one of the following and select “Save as” to download the file. Unzip the downloaded file into a known directory.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file into a known directory.
  3. Add the video files to your iTunes Library.

    Drag to iTunes Library

  4. Last, import the playlist file into iTunes by going to File -> Library -> Import Playlist
  5. Select the unzipped playlist file in your unzipped file directory.

The Quickstart playlists are labeled as follows and each corresponds to a lift in the program:

  • “Quickstart Week1 Lift1.txt”
  • “Quickstart Week1 Lift2.txt”
  • “Quickstart Week1 Lift3.txt”
  • “Quickstart Week2 Lift1.txt”
  • “Quickstart Week2 Lift2.txt”
  • “Quickstart Week2 Lift3.txt”

The Home Workout playlists are labeled as follows and each corresponds to a lift in the program:

  • “HomeWorkout Week1 Lift1.txt”
  • “HomeWorkout Week1 Lift2.txt”
  • “HomeWorkout Week1 Lift3.txt”
  • “HomeWorkout Week2 Lift1.txt”
  • “HomeWorkout Week2 Lift2.txt”
  • “HomeWorkout Week2 Lift3.txt”

iTunes will automatically import the Playlist. Simply select the desired exercise you want to watch from the Playlist!
